Companies, Partnerships, and Trusts are welcome to invest on Equivesto, but are subject to the same suitability requirements as all individual investors on Equivesto. The beneficiary owners of all investment entities on Equivesto must reside in one of the four regions Equivesto is operating and be legally able to invest.

- Any Company, Partnership or Trust who's beneficiaries are legally able to invest, and are all either Eligible Investors, Accredited Investors, or Permitted Clients.

| Accredited Investor |
- A corporation who is regulated by either a federal/provincial/municipal government, a federal act, an SRA, or another regulatory entity.
- An Investment fund, Angel or Venture Capital group or a family trust set up by an AI where >50% of the beneficiaries are AI as well.

- A Corporation that is regulated by either a federal/ provincial/ municipal government, a federal act, an SRA or another regulatory entity.
- An investment fund or Angel or Venture Capital group comprised of permitted clients.
