- Your personal suitability
- Your annual & per deal limits
- The type of offering (prospectus exemption) a company is using
- The Min and Max investment limits set by a company
- A Minimum of $100 CAD set by Equivesto

Must be from Ontario, Alberta, or Saskatchewan
- Must have adequate finance or investment knowledge
- Can invest in Accredited Investor deals
- Limited to $30,000 per deal
