How do I complete/update my Investor Forms?

Investor forms are an essential part of helping us get to know you better and determine what investments on Equivesto are right for your situation.  If you are new to Equivesto or your situation is changed it is important to keep your forms up to date and relevant.

How to complete forms:

1. Sign up with an email and password on https://portal.equivesto.com 
2. A Welcome email will provide a direct link to your Investor forms
3. You can also find them by Signing in > KYC/AML > View (See below)
4. Or click here and then click the VIEW button
